Dear Colleagues and Friends,

IET Taipei Local Network was established in 2014. Although it is a young society compared to other IET Local Networks, the committee members have dedicated themselves to promote academic research and technology development on engineering and science.

In order to provide a platform for professionals, young scholars, and industry researchers to exchange the latest ideas of science and technology, IET Taipei Local Network has decided to hold an annual conference, named “IET International Conference on Engineering Technologies and Applications”.

Smart living can improve people’s quality of life, and help expand the world’s understanding of how people and technology interact. Therefore, we set up our main theme as “Emerging Technologies and Applications for Smart Life” for participants to discuss the recent applications regarding engineering technology and innovations.

With your contribution, we believe that 2022 IET International Conference on Engineering Technologies and Applications will be remarkable and successful. We sincerely invite you to join this significant event with us.
