Attention

  • Only Author Registration can include accepted paper(s).
  • One of the paper authors is requested to complete Author Registration by May 1, 2026 for technical program arrangement.
  • One Author Registration can include 2 papers at most. The author who has more than two papers accepted should pay an additional fee of TWD 7,500 (USD 250) per paper.
  • Each participant must register separately.
  • IEEE Member/CTSoc Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE/CTSoc members at the time of registration. Please visit https://www.ieee.org/membership/index.html to join.
  • Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
  • For application of insurance, ID/Passport No. and date of birth are required for participants and accompanying persons who will be joining the Conference Tour.

Online Registration and Payment

Online registration and payment is highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).

Online registration payment must be received by May 20, 2026. If payment is not received by this deadline, on-site fees will be applied.


Refund Policy

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (iccetw@gmail.com) and confirmed by the Secretariat.
