1. 自行開車：中山高下中壢/新屋交流道，沿縣道114往西行，過中平國小，右轉直行即可抵達南方莊園渡假飯店。
2. 搭乘客運：自高鐵桃園站可搭乘統聯210號至南方莊園渡假飯店
3. 搭乘接駁車：飯店接駁車採定時定點服務，接駁地點為高鐵桃園站（同機場捷運A18站8號出口）及中壢火車站
