Attention

  • Only full registration (non-student registration) can cover accepted paper(s).
  • Each full registration can cover at most 2 papers. Additional fee (TWD 7500 per paper) is required if you would like to cover more than 2 papers.
  • Each participant must register separately.
  • Student registrants (member or non-member) must provide proof of student status by uploading a copy of his/her university identification (ID) card through on-line registration system. IEEE Member/CES Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE/CES members at the time of registration.   • Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
  • For application of insurance, ID/Passport No. and date of birth are required for participants and accompanying persons who will be joining the Conference Tour.

Online Registration and Payment

Online registration and payment is highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).

Online registration payment must be received by July 10, 2020. If payment is not received by this deadline, on-site fees will be applied.

Refund Policy

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (iccetw@gmail.com) and confirmed by the Secretariat.
