Virtual Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

1. Please prepare your prerecorded presentation in either mp4 format or PowerPoint format
   
   • mp4 format: The recommended method to record a compatible video from the content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone is to record the presentation using Zoom.    • PowerPoint format: Please prepare your slides with narration. Instructions are given here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/record-a-slide-show-with-narration-and-slide-timings-0b9502c6-5f6c-40ae-b1e7-e47d8741161c
2. The length of each presentation should be around 12 minutes.
3. Live Q&A is required. Please be online no less than 10 minutes before the start of your session.
4. There is no restriction on the number of slides, as long as you keep the time length specified above.
The file proportion should be 4:3.
5. Please show the presentation title, your affiliation and name on the first slide.
6. 2021 ICCE-TW will use Windows OS. To avoid garbled characters, please use standard font which is originally installed by OS.
7. Please provide your presentation file to the secretariat via email before August 25.

1. Poster will be printed out. Size: A0 (841mm x 1189 mm)
2. Please provide a PDF file with 4967 x 7022 pixel to the secretariat via email before August 25.
