Registration Fee Chart

Attention

1. Each full registration can cover at most 2 papers. The participant accepted more than two papers should payfees TWD 7,500 (USD 250) per paper.
2. Each accepted paper must need a non-student registration, which is Full Registration.
3. Each participant must register separately.
4. Student registrants (member or non-member) must provide proof of student status by uploading a copy of his/her university identification (ID) card through on-line registration system.
5. IEEE Member/CES Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE/CES members at the time of registration. Please visitandhttps://www.ieee.org/membership-catalog/productdetail/showProductDetailPage.html?product=MEMCE008to join.
6. Any paper without registration will be dropped automatically.
7. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
8. For application of insurance, ID/Passport No. and date of birth are required for participants and accompanying persons who will be joining the Optional Tour.

Online Registration and Payment

Online registration and payment is highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).

Online registration payment must be received by March 31, 2015. If payment is not received by this deadline, on-site fees will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and confirmed by the Secretariat before May 1, 2015. No refunds will be provided after this date.
